This page describes how Lock In Solutions handles information on the public website and in the authenticated client workspace.

Public website

The public Lock In Solutions website is informational, with an optional free audit request form at /audit. That form collects business details and contact information you choose to submit so we can review your setup and follow up about the audit.

Client workspace

If you sign in through Client Login, authentication and session cookies are used to keep you signed in to the workspace. Account access is limited to authorized users. Workspace data is used to operate the business system for that account.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not use fabricated testimonials or public client results without permission.

Updates

If we add payment processing or additional analytics, this policy will be updated before those features collect new categories of information.
